This module is about legs, knees and feet. In this module you will learn the principles of grounding and flexibility throughout your body. When we are in the saddle the goal is to let the horse’s movement springs through your spine all the way from the stirrups out to the reins. In order to achieve this we must loosen the tension in our feet. In this module you will learn multiple easy exercises to do as often as you please.
